Is Google doing anything different for Twitter
results?
No doing differently, if a lot of people
tweets to particular link or particular message on twitter, Google will check
the link is relevant to the page or tweets, Google will consider this for
normal scoring take this. Google looks at
1] Content i.e. 140 characters of the page
2] Look at the people that link to it
